3-nights hotel accommodation (27th-29th October 2026)
Air fare re-imbursement in INR up to 700 USD / 650 EURO / 520 GBP from your country to Kolkata and back. Country of origin and return should be same. Air fare lesser than the ceiling amount will be reimbursed on actual invoice.
Round-trip airfare re-imbursement in INR from anywhere in India to Kolkata during fair with ceiling up to Rs. 15,000/-

Guidelines for availing the package:
Buyers are requested to submit their air ticket, boarding pass, invoice and Visa copy to AILPA office, 10days prior to the fair.
Hosted buyers are required to attend all scheduled activities, meetings, and events as per the official itinerary which will be shared upon arrival.
All personal and business details submitted to the organizer must be accurate and truthful. The organizer reserves the right to withhold the package if the information mentioned in the buyer registration form is found to be false or if attendance conditions in the fair are not met with.
Program Itinerary for Buyers AILPA 2026:
Arrival: 27th October 2026. Check In to Hotel.
28th October Fair timings: 9:30 am- 6:00 pm.
29th October Fair timings: 9:30 am- 6:00 pm.
30th October Fair timings: 9:30 am- 6:00 pm. Re-imbursement of airfare after 2:00 pm.
