The All-India Leather Products & Allied (AILPA) Sourcing Fair 2025, organized by ILPA, was held from 28th to 30th October at the Biswa Bangla Exhibition Centre, Kolkata. The exhibition showcased Bengal’s growing strength in sustainable, design-led and export-ready leather goods manufacturing. Over 100 plus exhibitors of Leather Goods & Allied sector participated, attracting more than 80 international buyers along with leading domestic brands. The event highlighted Kolkata’s global competitiveness and evolving manufacturing ecosystem. AILPA 2025 reinforced Kolkata’s position as the “Bag Capital” of India, with ILPA planning a larger edition in 2026.
